2.2kVA SIP PETROL GENERATOR Briggs Stratton Engine 110 115 230 240V Mains Power

  
A quality SIP 2.2kVA Petrol Generator (UK) with Briggs & Stratton engine matted to an Italian alternator, 120/240V outputs (16A plugs). Has been stored for many years, amd was then given to me (I already have a geny of this size so its superfluous). I put fresh petrol in, it started and ran a load for a few minutes, but then stopped. I haven't investigated further, but suspect it probably needs the carb cleaning. The petrol on/off tap has been taped (was like this when it came to me), but this appears just to be to mark on/off more clearly, ditto some tip ex script added on.

I understand it hasn't had a lot of use, as was a household'in case of power cuts' machine. Nonetheless showing some minor knocks and scrapes in places, as shown in photos.
