Briggs and Stratton " Earthquake" professional Chipper Shredder. It's a Briggs and Stratton, 200cc OHC 4 stroke engine, so pretty bomb proves. Started OK (Ish) and fired up well but on high rev's the machine "bounced "about. I suspect that the cutting disc / blades are direct feed from the drive shaft, and possibility the shaft bearings shells are are worn and need replacing.

(The administration costs are approx the same). My assessment of the repair is true and honest any further work required is at your risk.
