THIS DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE DAMAGED ANY OTHER INTERNALS OR THE CYLINDER WALL. THE CRANK JOURNAL IS STILL SMOOTH AND UNSCORED.

WILL NEED A COMPLETE REBUILD BEFORE INSTALL.
