(Similar model to Westwood & Mountfield). With grass collection/ sweeper box. Strong engine, starts first time, Runs, drives forward & reverse, grass collector working. Its recently developed a fault on the PTO clutch, so the cutting deck wont engage now.

The switch appears to work, as the cutting icon still illuminates on the console panel. But the clutch does not engage anymore. Cutting Deck shell- this has rusted at the sides, so it needs either a welded repair, or a donor shell.

I have used it as it is, but for safety reasons, a new owner would likely want to repair this section. New battery 2 years ago. 3x oil & filter changes in my ownership, using genuine Briggs filters, good quality 4 stroke oil. Last service at the end of last summer. Section of fuel hose changed.

Air filter changed last year. Recent New engine PTO- deck belt. 3x new tyres in our ownership. RH front tyre has been resealed onto the rim, as it was slowly going down.

All four tyres hold air pressure. Steering system has had some repairs over the years. Its a bit clunky, but it does work adequately. New ignition barrel fitted 3 years ago, with two keys.

Brand new blades last year. All New bearings this year. The sides of the deck have rusted out, so theres a gap on both sides where there should be metal.

For safely reasons it may be best to weld a patch of metal over. I used it as it is for years. Rebuilt with new bearings last year, plus other fixings, and 20 new sweepers.

New sweeper belt 2 years ago. Seat- its still comfortable, but the cushion has come away from the plastic base, and had a split on the vinyl. The headlamps have never worked in my ownership, but I dont need them, so I have not investigated. A well used mower, from a well known brand, needing some work. Average used condition for the age, with some rust in places. Served us well for 5 years, but i have upgraded to another model now. So its offered for sale as spares or repairs.
