Earthquake 10hp Petrol Shredder / Garden Chipper. This is a great machine, really sturdy bit of kit. You won't find one of these in B&Q!

I bought this for a couple of trees I had to cut down, and it has chipped everything perfectly. Serviced last year, including a carb clean, and hammers / blades sharpened.

Smaller stuff goes in the top, and larger diameter branches go in the side chute. It will cut 2.5 to 3 branches if it's straight. I have additional fittings for it, including a funnel for larger branches, a bag for collecting the chippings, and an outlet chute. The Briggs and Statton engine is a powerful bit of kit. It does take a fairly strong arm to pull it over, as this is a direct drive unit (Flywheel is bolted directed to the engine, instead of belt drive) so takes a bit of a swing.

The plastic bottom part of the chute has a couple of cracks in it, but it doesn't affect its use. Tyres hold air for a good while but do go down after a month or so (quite cheap to replace if required) Collection from just outside Stratford-upon-Avon.
